Prepare The Sample Tube
Unscrew the lid and attach the saliva funnel.
Fill To 4ml With Saliva
Wait 30 minutes after eating, drinking or smoking before providing your sample.

Locate The Return Envelope
Put the test tube into it and seal it well.
Pop It In The Post Box*
It will soon be winging its way to us.

Sit Tight
Your DNA results can take up to 4 weeks to be processed. Epigenetic results can take up to 8 weeks.
