If you ever need to use the service, select Book On Call Doctor in the Muhdo app and follow the instructions to book an appointment. You’ll be asked a few security questions to ensure your data is safe and then you can choose how you want to speak with your GP.
You can have a voice call, video chat or simply message your GP – it’s entirely up to you. Your doctor will call or message you back at a time that is convenient for you.
